1. はじめに
「一人じゃないよ」（以下「本アプリ」）は、同じ病気や悩みを持つ人が「今この瞬間、世界にどれだけいるか」を可視化し、孤独をやわらげることを目的としたアプリです。運営者は 光武誠郷（以下「当方」）です。
本アプリは、アカウント登録なし・完全匿名で使えるよう設計されています。私たちは「できるだけ集めないこと」を最大の方針としています。
2. 収集する情報
(a) サーバーへ匿名で送られる情報
あなたが「気持ちを届ける（灯りをともす）」操作をしたとき、以下だけが匿名でサーバー（Google Firebase）に記録されます。これらはランダムな匿名IDにのみ紐づき、あなた個人とは結び付きません。
- 選んだ気持ちタグ（例：「強い不安がある」）
- （任意）選んだ病気・悩みのカテゴリ
- （任意）住んでいる地域：日本の都道府県、または大陸レベルの地域（例：北米）。GPS・正確な位置は取得しません。あなたがリストから選んだ場合のみ送られます。
- 灯した日時（集計と自動消滅のため）
これらの灯りは24時間で自動的に消滅します（「今この瞬間」を表すための鮮度管理）。
(b) お使いの端末の中にだけ保存され、外部に送信されない情報
以下はあなたの端末内にのみ保存され、サーバーや当方・第三者に送信されることはありません。
- 年代・性別・「いま不安なこと」への回答
- あなたが選んだ悩み・病気の一覧
- 「乗り越えた記録」（あなたの灯りの履歴）
- 地域の選択、表示テーマなどの設定
これらはアプリを削除すると端末から消えます。
(c) 収集しない情報
- 氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号・住所などの連絡先
- GPSなどによる正確な位置情報
- 広告ID、端末をまたいで追跡するための識別子
- 連絡先・写真・カレンダーなど、端末内の他のデータ
本アプリは広告を一切表示せず、いかなるトラッキング（追跡）も行いません。
3. 匿名認証について
集計を成立させるため、本アプリは Firebase の「匿名認証」を利用し、端末ごとにランダムな匿名IDを発行します。このIDは氏名・メール等の個人情報とは一切結び付いておらず、あなたを個人として特定するものではありません。
4. 情報の使い道
匿名で送られた情報は、「世界に同じ気持ち・同じ病気の人が今◯人います」という人数の集計を表示する目的のためだけに使います。個人の分析、プロファイリング、広告、第三者への販売には一切利用しません。特定を防ぐため、人数が少ない区分は地方単位・世界単位などに繰り上げて表示します。
5. 保存期間
匿名の灯りデータは、送信から24時間で自動的に削除されます。端末内のデータは、あなたがアプリを削除するまで端末内に保持されます。
6. 第三者サービス
- Google Firebase（Google LLC）：匿名認証とデータの保管・集計基盤として利用します。データはGoogleのサーバーに保管されます。参考：Googleのプライバシーポリシー https://policies.google.com/privacy
- Apple（App Store / サブスクリプション）：課金は Apple が処理します。当方はあなたのクレジットカード情報を受け取りません。
これらの事業者を除き、当方があなたの情報を第三者へ提供・販売することはありません。
7. 課金（サポータープラン）について
本アプリの中心的な体験（「世界に◯人いる」の表示・気持ちを灯すこと・相談先の閲覧）は無料です。任意の月額／年額「サポータープラン」に登録すると、運営を支援できるほか、画面テーマなどの特典が有効になります。支払い・更新・解約はすべて Apple の App Store を通じて行われ、当方が決済情報を保持することはありません。
8. 要配慮個人情報／特別カテゴリデータ
病気・健康・気持ちに関する情報は、日本の個人情報保護法における「要配慮個人情報」、およびGDPR（EU一般データ保護規則）における「特別カテゴリのデータ」に該当し得ます。本アプリはこれらを匿名で、かつあなた自身が選んで送信したときにのみ取り扱い、上記の集計表示の目的に限って利用します。
9. 未成年の方の利用
本アプリは年齢による利用制限を設けていませんが、未成年の方は保護者の理解のもとでご利用ください。氏名などの個人情報を収集しない設計のため、特定の個人の情報が集まることはありません。
10. あなたの権利
端末内のデータは、アプリを削除することでいつでも完全に消去できます。サーバー上の灯りデータは匿名で、あなた個人と結び付ける手段がないため、特定の1件を選んで削除することは技術的にできませんが、いずれも24時間で自動消滅します。ご質問やご要望は下記の連絡先までお寄せください。
11. 医療に関する免責
本アプリは医療行為・診断・治療を提供するものではありません。健康上の判断は必ず医療専門家にご相談ください。つらいときの相談先は、アプリ内「知る」タブに掲載しています。
12. 本ポリシーの変更
本ポリシーは、法令や機能の変更に応じて改定することがあります。重要な変更がある場合はアプリ内等でお知らせします。改定日は本ページ上部に表示します。

1. Introduction
“NotAlone” (the “App”) helps people living with the same illness or worry see how many others, right now, share that same feeling around the world — so that no one feels alone. The App is operated by 光武誠郷 (“we”, “us”).
The App is designed to be used fully anonymously, with no account. Collecting as little as possible is our core principle.
2. Information We Handle
(a) Sent to our server, anonymously
When you “send a feeling” (light a lantern), only the following is recorded anonymously on our server (Google Firebase). It is tied only to a random anonymous ID and is not linked to you as an individual:
- The feeling tag you chose (e.g. “I feel very anxious”)
- (optional) The illness/worry category you chose
- (optional) Your area: a Japanese prefecture, or a continent-level region (e.g. North America). We do NOT use GPS or collect precise location. This is sent only if you pick it from a list.
- The time it was lit (for counting and automatic expiry)
Each lantern is automatically deleted after 24 hours.
(b) Stored only on your device — never transmitted
The following stays only on your device and is never sent to our server, to us, or to any third party:
- Your age range, gender, and answers about “what worries you now”
- The list of illnesses/worries you selected
- Your “record of what you got through” (your lantern history)
- Your area selection and display settings
This data is erased from your device when you delete the App.
(c) Information we do NOT collect
- Name, email, phone number, address, or other contact details
- Precise location (e.g. GPS)
- Advertising identifiers or any cross-app/cross-device tracking IDs
- Contacts, photos, calendar, or other data on your device
The App shows no advertising and performs no tracking whatsoever.
3. Anonymous Authentication
To make the counts work, the App uses Firebase “anonymous authentication,” which issues a random anonymous ID per device. This ID is not linked to your name, email, or any personal information and does not identify you as an individual.
4. How We Use the Information
Anonymous data is used solely to display counts such as “N people feel the same way, or share the same illness, right now.” It is never used for individual analysis, profiling, advertising, or sale to third parties. To prevent identification, small groups are rolled up to broader regions or worldwide totals.
5. Retention
Anonymous lantern data is automatically deleted 24 hours after it is sent. On-device data remains on your device until you delete the App.
6. Third-Party Services
- Google Firebase (Google LLC): used for anonymous authentication and as our data storage/aggregation backend. Data is stored on Google’s servers. See https://policies.google.com/privacy
- Apple (App Store / subscriptions): payments are processed by Apple. We never receive your credit card details.
Apart from these providers, we do not share or sell your information to any third party.
7. Purchases (Supporter Plan)
The core experience of the App (seeing the counts, lighting a lantern, and viewing support resources) is free. An optional monthly/yearly “Supporter Plan” lets you support the project and unlocks perks such as display themes. All payment, renewal, and cancellation are handled through the Apple App Store; we do not retain any payment information.
8. Sensitive / Special Category Data
Information about illness, health, and feelings may constitute “special category data” under the EU GDPR and comparable sensitive-data categories elsewhere. The App handles such information anonymously and only when you choose to send it, and uses it only for the aggregate counts described above.
9. Children
The App does not impose an age gate, but minors should use it with the understanding of a parent or guardian. Because the App collects no personal information such as names, no data about a specific individual is gathered.
10. Your Rights
You can permanently erase all on-device data at any time by deleting the App. Server-side lantern data is anonymous with no means to link it to you, so we cannot single out and delete an individual record; however, all such data expires automatically within 24 hours. The App does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified professional for health decisions. Support resources are listed in the App’s “Learn” tab.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as laws or features change. We will note material changes in the App or here, and update the “last updated” date at the top of this page.
