本ポリシーは、SEIGOU MITSUTAKEが提供する予定管理アプリ「シンプルカレンダー - 色分け手帳」（英語名：Monthly Calendar & Agenda、端末上の日本語表示名：シンプルカレンダー 色分け手帳）に適用されます。
1. 端末に保存する情報
アカウント登録は不要です。予定名、日付、時刻、メモ、分類、色、毎月の繰り返しとその変更内容、表示設定、言語設定は端末内に保存します。予定の検索や集計も端末内で処理し、予定データを開発者のサーバーへ送信する機能はありません。
2. 購入の情報
プレミアムの年額サブスクリプション、買い切り購入、購入の復元はAppleのStoreKitで処理します。アプリは購入済み機能を有効にするために購入状態を使用し、状態の一部を端末に保存します。開発者がクレジットカード番号などのお支払い情報を受け取ることはなく、アプリから購入記録を開発者のサーバーへ送信することもありません。Appleによる処理については、Appleのプライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。
3. 広告・解析・トラッキング
アプリには広告を表示せず、広告・解析・トラッキング用のSDKを組み込んでいません。ほかのアプリやWebサイトをまたいで利用者を追跡することはありません。
4. バックアップ・保存期間・削除
予定データは利用者が削除するまで端末内に保存します。予定はアプリ内で削除でき、アプリを削除するとその端末のアプリデータも削除されます。アプリの「取り除く」は、データを残すOSの別機能です。端末の設定によっては、iCloudバックアップなどOSのバックアップに予定データが含まれる場合があります。バックアップに残るデータの管理や削除はOSの設定で行ってください。
アプリ独自のクラウド同期機能はありません。開発者は端末内の予定を閲覧したり復元したりできません。アプリの削除だけでは、契約中のサブスクリプションは解約されません。
5. お問い合わせ・Webサイト
メールでお問い合わせいただいた場合、送信元のメールアドレス、本文、添付ファイルをサポート対応のために受け取ります。対応に必要な期間のみ保持し、法令上保存が必要な場合を除き、不要になれば削除します。お問い合わせ情報の削除を希望する場合は、下記窓口へご連絡ください。メールの送受信にはメールサービス事業者が関与します。
このWebサイトはXServerで公開しています。サイトへのアクセス時にXServerがIPアドレスなどの技術情報を処理する場合があります。詳しくはXServerのプライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。個人情報を販売したり、広告目的で共有したりすることはありません。
6. お子様・ポリシーの変更
通常のアプリ利用で開発者が予定データを収集することは、年齢にかかわらずありません。本ポリシーを変更する場合は、このページに変更後の内容と更新日を掲載します。

This policy applies to Monthly Calendar & Agenda, an event planning app provided by SEIGOU MITSUTAKE. The Japanese App Store name is シンプルカレンダー - 色分け手帳; its name on your device is Monthly Calendar & Agenda in English or シンプルカレンダー 色分け手帳 in Japanese.
1. Information stored on your device
No account is required. Event titles, dates, times, notes, categories, colors, monthly recurring events and their changes, display preferences, and language preferences are stored on your device. Event search and summaries are also processed on your device. The app has no feature that sends your event data to a developer server.
2. Purchases
Apple StoreKit handles the Premium annual subscription, lifetime purchase, and purchase restoration. The app uses purchase status to unlock paid features and stores some of this status on your device. We do not receive credit card numbers or other payment details, and the app does not send purchase records to a developer server. Apple's processing is covered by Apple's Privacy Policy.
3. Advertising, analytics, and tracking
The app displays no ads and includes no advertising, analytics, or tracking SDKs. We do not track you across other apps or websites.
4. Backups, retention, and deletion
Event data stays on your device until you delete it. You can delete events in the app. Deleting the app also removes its local app data from that device. Offloading the app is a separate operating system feature that keeps its data. Depending on your device settings, app data may be included in an operating system backup, such as iCloud Backup. Use your operating system's settings to manage or delete data retained in backups.
The app has no dedicated cloud sync service. We cannot access or restore your local events. Deleting the app does not cancel an active subscription.
5. Support and this website
If you email us, we receive your email address, message, and any attachments to respond to your request. We keep support correspondence only as long as needed for support or legal obligations, then delete it. Contact us below to request deletion of support correspondence. Email service providers process email delivery.
This website is hosted on XServer. XServer may process IP addresses and technical access information when you visit it, as described in the XServer Privacy Policy. We do not sell personal information or share it for advertising.
6. Children and policy changes
Normal app use does not send event data to the developer, regardless of age. If this policy changes, we will publish the updated policy and date on this page.
